AneoSolution was founded by Heidi Cheung and Kelly Rong, dedicated to filling the gap in the scalp health market by providing scientific, safe, and sustainable care solutions.

From Personal Struggles to a Professional Mission

Heidi Cheung spent over a decade in the skincare industry in Australia, specializing in skin health solutions, education, hands-on training, and product distribution. However, as she aged and faced increasing stress, she began experiencing hair loss, thinning, and sebum imbalance. This personal struggle led her to explore scalp care solutions.

Through a recommendation from her Australian business partner, she discovered Histemo and personally experienced remarkable improvements. Inspired by its effectiveness, she introduced the brand to the Australian market. After immigrating to Canada in 2021, she was determined to further expand its reach in North America, bringing advanced scalp care solutions to a wider audience.

To deepen her expertise, Heidi traveled across Asia to study trichology. During her training in Taiwan, she discovered Botanical TrioCare Plus (TC+), a plant-based treatment that nourishes the scalp, addresses various scalp issues, and naturally colors gray hair—without harsh chemicals.

Science-Backed Scalp Care Solutions

Kelly Rong, a medical aesthetics nurse with over a decade of clinical experience, specializes in laser therapy, cosmetic injections, PRP treatments, and more. Through her practice, she observed that many patients undergoing hair restoration treatments struggled to maintain long-lasting results due to underlying scalp health issues. She realized that existing products were either too mild and ineffective or too medicated for long-term use due to potential side effects, lacking a solution that was both scientifically backed and naturally formulated.

Kelly recognized the need for a comprehensive scalp care approach that prepares, repairs, and maintains the scalp before, during, and after treatments like laser therapy, PRP, and hair transplants—enhancing and prolonging their effectiveness and results.

AneoSolution: More Than a Brand, A Scalp Health Revolution

When Heidi introduced Histemo to Kelly, Kelly immediately saw its potential. With a shared vision, they co-founded AneoSolution, starting as a warehouse-style business in Kelly’s home basement, supplying high-quality scalp care products to local small businesses to enhance their services and treatment outcomes.

As demand grew and more businesses—including clinics, transplant centers, wellness spas, and salons—recognized the benefits, they realized product distribution alone wasn’t enough. To provide deeper education and professional support, they established a physical store, offering hands-on training, in-depth guidance, and a dedicated space to advance scalp health solutions.

Heidi and Kelly combined their knowledge and experience in scalp care and medical science, breaking traditional barriers to create a brand that addresses scalp concerns at the root. Their mission is to restore confidence, enhance quality of life, and deliver safe, effective, science-backed solutions.
