Heidi has always been passionate about skin and scalp health. After working in the skincare industry for over 10 years, she faced her own struggles with hair loss and imbalance, which sparked her journey into scalp care. She explored solutions across Asia, trained in trichology, and fell in love with the idea of helping others restore their confidence. At AneoSolution, Heidi focuses on sharing knowledge, building supportive partnerships, and creating a welcoming space for anyone who wants healthier hair. For her, it’s not just about products—it’s about people, care, and bringing hope to those struggling with scalp concerns.
Kelly Rong
Co-Founder of AneoSolution
Kelly brings ten years of nursing experience and seven years of expertise in the medical aesthetics industry. She began her career at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, gaining extensive clinical experience and actively participating in the hospital’s mentorship program to train and guide nursing students. Kelly later specializing in advanced laser therapy and cosmetic injections, including Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP treatments. As a Master Cosmetic Injector and Senior Medical Aesthetic Consultant at Q Esthetics Laser Clinic, she excels in treating scars, skin discolorations, acne, and hair loss. Kelly is dedicated to product safety and integrates Histemo products with medical technology for effective scalp care solutions.
