AneoSolution × Eikonic Academy | Train the Trainer Program

On July 14–15, AneoSolution officially launched the Train the Trainer Program in partnership with Eikonic Academy, bringing together educators and professionals who share a common goal: raising the standard of scalp health education through structured, evidence-informed training.
At AneoSolution, we believe that delivering effective scalp care starts with quality education. While products and treatments are important, the ability to accurately assess, communicate, and educate clients is what allows professionals to create meaningful, long-term results.
This program was developed to help experienced practitioners and educators strengthen both their technical knowledge and teaching abilities. Participants were guided through a comprehensive learning framework covering:
- Scalp consultation and communication
- Professional scalp analysis and interpretation
- Understanding common scalp conditions and contributing factors
- Clinical reasoning and care planning
- Effective teaching and presentation techniques
- Practical trainer development through hands-on exercises and case discussions
Rather than focusing only on treatment techniques, the program emphasizes developing educators who can confidently explain the "why" behind every recommendation and guide future professionals using a systematic consultation process.
Throughout the two-day program, participants engaged in interactive learning, practical demonstrations, peer discussions, and trainer-led coaching designed to simulate real educational and clinical scenarios. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, trainers gain the confidence to deliver consistent, high-quality education in their own teaching environments.
