Our story didn’t begin with a storefront.
It started with two people and a vision in a basement.

Heidi once struggled with hair loss, thinning, and an oily, unbalanced scalp. This personal journey led her to explore scalp care solutions that were both effective and gentle.
As a treatment specialist, Kelly often noticed that many clients undergoing hair regrowth treatments failed to maintain results due to one overlooked factor: scalp health.
These lived experiences became the foundation of AneoSolution.
There were no fancy interiors, no media exposure—just two people, and a shared belief in changing how we care for our scalp.
Step by step, we transformed that belief into products, and turned our expertise into services—bringing the value of scalp health into focus for more and more people.

The official launch of our first AneoSolution store, where our vision came to life.
Our very first clients came through word-of-mouth referrals.
We’re deeply grateful to those who trusted our products and professionalism—it’s because of that trust we’ve been able to keep spreading this message.
To this day, we maintain a high referral rate and continue helping people with scalp concerns, one story at a time.
As our client base grew, we realized that going further meant building a stronger, more capable team.
Through the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce, we were lucky to meet passionate professionals from diverse backgrounds.
From just the two of us, we’ve grown into a team that thinks deeply and cares genuinely.

We also began building brand awareness—launching on Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu, reaching out to local media like CCUE.ca and Sing Tao Daily, joining SHKCA events, and collaborating with KOLs.
Our goal? To awaken more people to this truth:
Scalp health isn’t optional. It’s the foundation of hair growth, hair care, and confidence.

To solidify our vision and operations, our team enrolled in the BDC entrepreneurship course, reevaluating our brand positioning and growth strategy.
That’s when we started expanding beyond B2C.
We began proactively entering the market—connecting with head spas, aesthetic clinics, salons, and hair transplant centers to showcase our treatment systems and product lines.
We’re now exploring more diverse B2B partnerships.
We hosted private events for medical professionals—inviting doctors, pharmacists, and nurses to explore the connection between scalp health and modern medicine.
We also participated in public health expos, opening up conversations with a wider audience to elevate the visibility of scalp care in mainstream wellness.

While expanding outward, we never forgot the in-store client experience.
To offer greater comfort and professionalism, we worked with an interior designer to improve treatment room flow and spatial planning—so that every client feels the thought and care behind our services.

Internally, we’ve also prioritized our team’s well-being.
From hosting yoga sessions to celebrating small wins with team gatherings, we’ve made space to breathe—because before caring for others, we believe it’s important to care for ourselves.

This past year, we’ve learned to think, experiment, reflect, and grow.
Every challenge helped us refine who we are.
Everyone who has walked into AneoSolution is now part of our story.
Because of you, we are more than just a store or a brand—
We’ve become a movement to make scalp health a part of everyday culture.

Looking Forward: Promoting Scalp Sub-Health Awareness
In the year ahead, we aim to raise awareness around the often-overlooked concept of scalp sub-health.
Many scalp issues don’t happen overnight.
They’re the result of long-term neglect and buildup—just like skin ages or the body gets tired, the scalp also needs regular checkups and care.
What we want to build goes beyond treatment—
It’s about preventive education.
